Our first game-changing technology was AI-assisted personalized feedback to each job candidate. For the first time in the world, candidates would no longer receive generic rejection letters or, at worst, radio silence. TalentAdore holds a patent for this innovation.
Our approach turned out to be in the sweet spot of modern recruiting. It became apparent the world needs a disruptive recruitment solution that incorporates augmented human touch.
Thus, we launched TalentAdore Hire, an end-to-end recruitment software that takes candidate engagement to the next level.
Now, our AI has evolved into a fully-fledged assistant: Taika. TalentAdore Hire is currently used in over 40 countries globally.
Our story
TalenAdore's story started with an observation: a lot of time was spent in dealing with candidates, while most of the effort went to a waste bin after each recruitment process. That did not serve anyone's needs.
2013
The spark
Our co-founders Saku and Joni met at a philosophical seminar in Cyprus. Over one dinner, they shared the view that recruitment was broken – and decided to fix it.
2014
The beginning
Our co-founders left their jobs to build what they wished existed: a first-of-it's-kind system that made both candidates and companies benefit from the process. Bringing the human touch back to recruitment became the main purpose.
2015
First pilots on AI-assisted, personalised feedback
Via a series of pilots, the co-founders were able to validate that the challenge they were set out to solve was a real problem within talent acquisition.
2016
First AI-powered recruitment system in the world
No one in the world had been able to launch natural language processing (NLP) based recruitment system prior to us. The innovation also received a patent, that is still being used in TalentAdore Hire today.
2017
Talouselämä selects TalentAdote as top 10 start-up
Talouselämä, the weekly financial and business magazine, chose TalentAdore as one of it's top 10 most interesting Finnish start-ups in 2017.
2020
Built to last
The global pandemic tested every company. We doubled down on support, adapted to the new digitalised norm, and proved our platform could handle almost anything.

From tool to movement
Hundreds of companies across Europe now use TalentAdore Hire. What started as a simple high-tech feedback tool, became a fully-fledged recruitment platform – and a philosophy that others follow.
