A new name with a hidden meaning (or two)
Taika stands for "magic" in Finnish.
But the roots of this word aren't only about magic. The name is also a nod to the long-standing union of TalentAdore Hire and AI. And that is why the first three letters, Tai, feel so fitting.
But this isn't just a new name tacked on to an existing feature. Taika is a completely new way to use TalentAdore Hire.

Is Taika just a rebrand of the AI Assistant?
No. The name changed, but so did how the AI Assistant functions. The old AI Assistant was a set of AI-powered features. Taika is a conversational recruitment assistant you actually talk to – built on a new architecture and designed around how recruiters naturally work.
Is my candidate data safe with Taika?
Yes. Taika operates entirely inside TalentAdore Hire. Personal data is stored and processes on our EU servers. TalentAdore Hire is ISO 27001-certified, GDPR-compliant, and built to meet the EU AI Act's standards for responsible AI.
Does Taika make hiring decisions?
No. Taika is a sparring partner, not a decision-maker. It helps you understand, compare, and move faster – but the decisions are always yours. Human-in-the-loop is a core design principle, not a feature.
